常肖妮 副教授
2001年毕业于京舞蹈学院编导系，进入北京师范大学艺术学院舞蹈系任教至今。
2008年6月，于北京师范大学艺术与传媒学院影视学取得硕士学位。
主要获奖情况：
2002年5月，创作三人舞作品《水湄》 于第四届中国北京现代舞展演“青春舞展”获编创金奖。
2003年8月，创作独舞作品《流年》于第七届全国“桃李杯”舞蹈比赛获文化部编创三等奖。
2005年5月，创作三人舞作品《安徒生的宝贝》于第九届北京市舞蹈比赛获专业组编创三等奖和演员优秀表演奖，并在同年入围全国“荷花杯”舞蹈比赛决赛。
2007年12月，创作独舞作品《长河吟》于第七届全国舞蹈比赛获文化部“文华奖”编创一等奖。
创作群舞作品《远去的山谷》于第二届北京大学生艺术展演获北京市教委创作一等奖及优秀指导教师奖。
2007年4月，创作舞蹈影像作品《三分之一》于第十四届北京大学生电影节短篇大赛获最佳导演奖。
2007年1月，创作作品《蓝丫头》于新加坡“胡姬花”国际音乐舞蹈大赛获专业舞蹈组编创金奖。
2008年7月， 为舞蹈演员孙锐编创作品《失语者》获意大利“罗马国际舞蹈大赛”现代舞三等奖。

In May 2002, Gold Prize for the creation of dance work- “the Region Water "in the 4th China Beijing Modern Dance Performance" Youth Dance Exhibition
In August 2003, Third Prize for the solo dance work "Time Flies" in the 7TH national "TaoLiBei" Dance Competition
In May 2005, the creation of dance "Andersen's baby" in the 9th Beijing dance competition won third prize and actor award for excellent performance, and in the same year went into the final round of the national "Lotus Cup" dance contest
2008年7月， 为舞蹈演员孙锐编创作品《失语者》获意大利“罗马国际舞蹈大赛”现代舞三等奖。
In December 2007, the creation of solo dance "River to Sing" won the first prize of the 7th national dance competition
Creation of group dance work "the Valley" in the second session of Beijing university art show won the first prize in the creation of the Beijing municipal education commission and excellent teachers award.
In April, 2007 ,Creation dance image work "One Third” won best director for short subject of the 14th Beijing University Student Film Festival
In January 2007, original work "the Blue Girl" and won gold medal in Singapore "HuJiHua" International Music and Dance Competition
In July 2008, creation of the dance "the aphasia" for the dancer-SunRui and won the third prize for Italian "Roman International Dance Competition"
